✿ MICCHAN'S TERMS OF SERVICE ✿

❥ GENERAL - Please Read Carefully
- I am an oc x canon creator. So I'm very sorry, I will refuse any request related to Harumasa ships except for fanart request due to personal reason.
- Personal use only.
- Give references as clearly as possible; the character designs, the pose, how you want the character's expression to be, the atmosphere, etc. Please avoid text-only descriptions for character designs.
- Important: If any references from other artists are provided, I reserve the right to make adjustments to avoid potential copyright infringement.
- Free minor revision 5x, major revision will be subject to additional charges.
- Detailed characters; e.g from Hoyoverse, Kuro games, etc; will incur an additional fee.
- Full payment is done after sketch via SPAY / GOPAY. You can DP 60% and Fullpay when finishing. No refund unless I can't continue the artworks.
- Commissions are prioritized based on the queue order — first come, first served. Estimated completion time is 1–2 weeks, depending on my schedule and the complexity of the work. Rush commission will be refused since I am not the right person to do so, considering I am still a student. If you need your artwork by a specific date (e.g., birthday art), please place your order at least 30 days in advance. I will inform you in case of any delays.
- The CMS results will be used as samples. Please credit ©micchanohina if you want to post the CMS results online.
- Clients are FORBIDDEN to use my artwork for AI training. If I find you doing so, I will blacklist you.
- I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not able/not comfortable doing it.❥ THINGS I'M NOT CONFIDENT AT...
